Ok, not sure of the exact date yet but it looks like last year we hit up these trails 3/21 and the snow was not a problem.

Anyone up for a great trip around that time frame?

I'm in, I'd have to put the other tires on the MJ though, no way am I wheeling with the 28's again.

I'll be out. Wife is having surgery @ that time and I'll be on kid duty. Gpn911 can take my 4Runner if he wants.

I'm out also. The wife has a work seminar and I'll also be on kiddo duty. I don't mind taking the kiddo's wheeling, but only mild trails if it's my first time on it. For harder trails, I like to do an "evaluation run" first 8-)

I think you could easily handle these trails

JD -- I agree with James....seriously doubt you will have any issues on this trail.

If you do, then you can blame James! :finga:

Depending on the weekend, I can probably go on an Eagle Rock run !! Let's just not make it a 12 hour run this time!

I'm down for now.
My plans tend to change at the last minute.

I'm ordering my sliders, hopefully they will be in and installed by the time this run happens. I would also like to build some bed sliders similar to what Louis runs on his XJ just for that rock on Saran Wrap. Not sure if this will happen though.

I could be up for this. I really want to get out and play. Ill check and see what amber thinks since she will have to be home with the baby. As much as I want to take him out I dont think he would be ready for it at just over 9 weeks old.

JD - Eagle rock and saran wrap are what I consider easier trails so you shouldnt have any problems.

Check all of your equipment and make sure your spare tire fits. that should help it from becoming a 12 hour day.

I wouldn't suggest it. I would wait until he can hold his head up on his own (probably closer to 9 months to 1 year old).

x2

OK, I'll think about it then guys. Maybe the roof rack project will be done by then, in which case it would be a "free weekend".

Glad to see some interest! I can't do sunday rides, so this would have to be a saturday for me. I am open on which weekdend we head out that way.

I also agree with many posters, this is a trail I would consider very easy and should be doable by most rigs.

Lets do it on the 27th then. Maybe we could all meet in Littleton (I think most of the people on this run are from there or will be passing through there) and caravan down?
